Allow to trigger a notification based on an environment

Until now I can't trigger a notification based on the environment

I want to be able to trigger a notification base on the environment of my run.
As an example if I have a run like this :

I wanna be able to trigger a notification if my run failed and contains the environment "develop-stable"
