Describe the bug
Status of the Test with skipped step is PASSED but visual elements(Chart, status icon) show SKIPPED indication

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a test with steps, e.g.:

Step 1
Step 2
Step 3

Execute the test in the test run, mark one step as skipped, mark the rest steps as passed
Click PASSED button in the test
View the test run and report

Expected behavior
the status of the test is passed, all indication items are green and match the status passed
