Option to enable enforcement of SSO (Okta) login to Testomat as the only mechanism for enterprise environments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a large corporate environment, we require all interactive logins to SaaS platforms to only be allowed via Okta SSO integration. At the moment, once a user is created in Testomat via SSO, they can bypass subsequent login with their username and password outside of SSO. Also, user invitations allow logins outside of SSO.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need to ensure NO access for users is allowed for our account outside of Okta SSO. However, a break-glass account access will still be required - we should be able to nominate a single user for access outside of Okta SSO in case of emergency.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is no real alternative and this feature needs to be turned on in Testomat
