Practice-Room ticket assignment dialog occasionally not working

When a tutor wants to edit a ticket sometimes only the close ticket button appears and the dialog cannot be closed.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue i have tried reloading the page, exit and reentering the room, create a ticket before entering the room, leaveing and reentering the room with the creating user, waiting and changing the source code to provoke the error.

The best way to debug this error would be to analyze the javascript log of a user who has this error. To hopefully narrow down the source of the error.

Have not experienced this Error either. Might be specific to certain browsers or environments.
