A teacher may create one plenary conference in the classroom. Joined users will receive an automatic invitation to the plenary conference, when they do not already attend it.
This PR also introduces a minor change to the build process: The Docker container is build via the Gradle npm plugin to optimize configurability of the used npm and node versions.
