Describe the bug
A newly created user has two pre created Databases with the same name.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new user
  2. Login with the new user
  3. Navigate to the Playground
  4. See two pre created databases with the same name.

Expected behavior
Only one pre created database exists.

I know the problem, but it occurs very irregularly and is not 100% reproducible.
The problem is that the function is currently provided by the frontend, i.e. it is executed by the client.
To fix this error, the functionality could be implemented in the backend.
