It does not search if my project is unsaved or if the project is saved but no folder added to it. Although the function is in the same program opened, it will return no result.
It might be a good idea to be searchable in single file too if the file is a big file with thousands of lines.

And it imply another problem, if there is a function of same named eg. in php, a protected function being inherited by others, the opened file itself is suggested to be searched first and if there is no findings, open another one. But of course ideally, it trace the inheritance by looking up the extend tree.
It is another feature then instead of an issue in this case.
