Does the code just search for the patter

I have not installed or tested this plugin. I just read through the code. It seems to me that it is searching across all the files about the matching pattern, which is not limited to the specific class. So suppose we have three classes A, B, C and all have a definition of func(). By finding through func() will result in multiple results. Is that true?
