Here a screenshot of Proxmox Backup Server browsing the source code of proxmoxbackupclient_go backed up with
proxmoxbackupclient_go on a Windows 11 VM with disabled Virus Scanning and Virtio as Network and File virtual adapter.

This is the commandline:

Backup is nearly fine! (No sync possible- so there are sync errors... but that's clear and can be disabled for an separate namespace)
Are you able to restore some files?
I get an "Server error" - looks like webserver error.
Did anyone successful restored?
