Update outdated translations

When writing this issue, there are:

• 1033 translated pages outdated based on number of commands/examples
• 285 translated pages outdated based on the commands itself

As you might know, or may not know, we constantly check our repository on several metrics. I understand that the list is enormous, but it will not shrink automatically. We as code owners should take our responsibility to ensure that our “owned” language stays up-to-date as much as possible.

I would like to raise awareness for this by opening this issue. If you are a code owner, or you want to contribute to an outdated language, feel free to download the latest artifact to see more in-depth which pages are outdated per language.
