Global Styles panels layout issues with v1 Container block

Yes, beta 3 for both.

Strange, I'm not able to reproduce this. Can you try re-installing the plugins and clearing your browser cache?

@taricco Thanks for the report. Can you also provide a copy/paste of your active plugins from Tools->Site Health?

If possible, I'd love to see the output in the dev console as well.
