Feature request: Separator setting

Describe the solution you'd like
A new setting called Separator that would visually organize settings into smaller sections with a full-width line.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried putting multiple underscores in some settings' descriptions, however I don't find this solution "elegant".

Additional context
I actually attempted to implement this myself. Below are screenshots that show adding a new separator, and how they look like. Please do note that this a very minimal implementation, and the design might need some tweaking.
