Implement overlay profiles

Imagine having up to 10 customizable profiles where Tosu can save the positions and settings of overlays. Each profile acts as a separate layout or setup. This is useful if you have overlays for personal use different than those you need while streaming, or in other cases, one profile for gameplay and one for debugging (this is useful for developers).

It's like changing an osu skin on lazer, it remembers each skin element (position, size, scale), making it quicker to change visual layouts.
