Dropdown menu doesn't drop in the overlay

1. When I try to set up the overlay, none of the dropdown menus drops. Actually they do, but I can't see them, I also can't see a cursor movement if it should be over this menu.
2. Where does tosu.exe located - D:\tosu\tosu.exe
