The nominatim geocoder has problems with the following destinations:

  • Hong Kong is not returned as a country or as a single subdivision of China, but each of the 18 subdivisions is returned as a subdivisions of China
  • Berlin is not returned as a subdivision of Germany (has no subdivision)
  • Bolivian and Argentinian subdivisions are returned as abbreviations, except for Buenos Aires which is returned as two different subdivisions
