Stable release policy

I have some questions regarding the release categories.
From your downloads page, I can see some disparities in the recommended versions:

• Linux
  • Debian repo: 0.11.2
  • Ubuntu repo: 0.11.2
  • Snap: 0.11.2
  • RPM: 0.12.2
• MacOS brew: 0.12.2

This Github repo, the Downloads page, the RPM package and MacOS have 0.12.2 as the current latest version, and marked as stable.
Meanwhile, Debian, Ubuntu and Snap have all 3 just up to 0.11.2, which is over 1 year old, and missing very nice features 😄
At least, the Snap package has 0.12.2 available on the candidate channel.

Is 0.12.2 the current stable release?
What are the expectations for the Debian/Ubuntu and Snap repositories?
Are they managed by you?
I can see the Snap repo is under your control based on this conversation.
Why doesn't the snap at least have 0.12.2 on the stable channel? Is there a delay until you move it from candidate to stable?
What is the expected release schedule for each of the repos?
