Caught by fuzz test. This is a circRNA with two frameshift variants. I'm only showing a part of the graph. The node MTSR in red box is from reading frame 0, loop 0, and the node GSPTIWR also in red box is from reading frame 1, loop 1. MTSR does not contain any of the two frameshift variants, while GSPTIWR contains one. Because the frameshift variant overlaps with the methionine positioni, the node MTSR is then incompetible with GSPTIWR.

Wow this is so complex

so basically GSPTWR requires the frameshift variant that disrupts MTSR, and these two cannot show up together?

Btw are you still making these graphs manually? that's so much work!!

That's correct. Another edge case.

I am making the graphs manually. I thought about automate it but it doesn't seem like a very easy job. We might be able to use the moPepGen-lite app to visualize it.
