Snap is currently really aggressive and does not like staying within its own frame. Let's fix that, so that we can keep a header on top.
This may potentially be something we do not want in a final version, as having two headers removes more screen realestate, which is valuable, especially on tablets. However, short terms it provides us a means to tie the application together without relying on snap exclusively.
