CTF file

CTF files are files of the *.em format. A CTF file contains information about the defocus and astigmatism determined for each projection of a tilt stack (or each z-slice of any mrc-stack), as determined by CTFDetector.

Specification

CTF files are N x 5 matrices of type double for N projections.

1	CC-value of measured CTF with computed CTF (not used in EmSART)
2	Lower defocus value - in nano meters
3	Upper defocus value (for astigmatism) - in nano meters
4	Astigmatism difference (equals column 3 minus column 2)
5	Astigmatism angle in radians
