Restrict name lengths

Need to minimize name lengths reasonably for each player. During game start, every player can enter their name (although technically, this happens on banker's side atm). Create a restriction on how long these names can be and also ensure that some characters cannot be included in the name. Feel free to discuss in the comments below which characters needed to be added to this character blacklist, and also what is a reasonable max name size.
