Standard vs Strict vs Manual selection

Hi All,

As there are a lot of tweaks across the different categories, I think it would take quite a while to go through getting the info for each tweak and then making a decision whether to apply it or not. I assume that's why the standard and strict rule sets have been created.

For the majority of people who want a set and forget approach, is setting either the standard or strict rule set and applying it an advisable method? Or do you always recommend manually reviewing each tweak?
