OS client - option for import previously created script

1. I think it will be nice to have option for importing previously created file into the program to not start every time from the scratch if you want adjust it with both new and feature changes from the vendor of the system. So we can have base GOLD file with known and approved tweaks and test it / adjust with different scenarios step by step. Maybe web client can have this feature too. Especially when session in browser is outdated.

2. Please remove also from hosts file part "managed by privacy.sexy". My security team get crazy about that thinking that we have some virus in the system after fast scan of the network and OS files ;)

3. There should be also notification next to "Disable delivery optimization service" that this option will break WSUS downloads when enabled.
