Support for nested sub pages

Possibility to create sub-pages:

/blog/features/index.spear <- OK
/blog/features/content.spear <- Can't

Thank you for reporting this issue.
I try to reproduce this phenomenon, but I cannot reproduce it yet.

My sample is bellow:
https://github.com/mantaroh/spear-sample/tree/main/src/blog

I guess v1.1.11 will fix sub directory issue, so you need to use 1.1.11 or higher version.

Could you please confirm my sample and check the spear version?

I could do it, but had to use it like this:

/blog/features/index.spear
/blog/features/content/index.spear
