Treasury Report File Naming

Why is this issue important?

All treasury report files have the same name, which may lead to confusion about which files are most recent.

Current State

The files within the treasury report zip are all named the following:

• CPFSubrecipientTemplate.csv
• CPF1ABroadbandInfrastructureTemplate.csv
• CPF1BDigitalConnectivityTechTEmplate.csv
• CPF1CMultiPurposeCommunityTemplate.csv

Expected State

Date and time for when the treasury report is generated should be appended to the file names
ex: CPFSubrecipientTemplate_10012024_10.52.00.csv
