Describe the bug

As an OSCAL developer, to understand how to properly define a component that validates another, I would like the documentation show proper prop usage.

Who is the bug affecting?

Developers.

What is affected by this bug?

How to properly realize validation component guidance.

When does this occur?

Consistently when reading documentation.

How do we replicate the issue?

{What are the steps to reproduce the behavior?

  1. Read the relevant tutorial docs and study the XML example.

Expected behavior (i.e. solution)

An update to reflect current XML prop syntax.
