Steps to reproduce

Open a working Flow design in IntelliJ IDEA.
Keep the design open, invalidate caches and restart.
Observe behaviour when IDEA restarts.

Actual behavior

Design is opened and rendered correctly. However, Designer mistakenly informs that it can't resolve any of the design's imports.

Expected behavior

Design is opened and rendered correctly without reporting reports of unresolved imports if all can actually be resolved.

IDEA, Designer 4.0.0.beta1, macOS
