IntelliJ IDEA stuck when open design view in the Vaadin Designer

Steps to reproduce:
Open/create any designer view and start to edit it.

Actual behavior:
IntelliJ IDEA is stuck. To continue working I need to kill the OS process.

Expected behavior:
I can open file and edit it via Vaadin Designer

IDE, Designer and OS version:
IntelliJ IDEA 2023.3.6 Build #IU-233.15026.9
JDK: 17.0.10; VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM; Vendor: JetBrains s.r.o.
OS: Windows 11
Vaadin Designer version: 4.6.25 (the same for 4.6.26)
Last Action: ShowSettings
