Mock server component for testing

I made a small mock server component for quickly testing what this application does. If anyone else wants to run it you can find it from https://github.com/tonistiigi/ivote-mock-server

It would help if the maintainer could specify if only security issues are expected from the testers. This seems to be work in progress but I can't see any roadmap or known issues list.
