Add NullableTextBoxDisplay which supports nullable values with a checkbox

This should have a checkbox that is null. If checked, then the value is null and the text box is not editable. If unchecked, then the textbox becomes editable.

The "null" text on the textbox should be customizable per instance.

Max letters to show should have "All" instead of "null"
