NineSlice should not lose its default source file after a new project is created and re-opened #409

  1. Create a new project
  2. Save the project
  3. Observe that NineSlice has a default source file
  4. Close Gum
  5. Re-open Gum (project should load)
  6. Select NineSlice

Observe - NineSlice displays red X as if a file is missing
Expected - NineSlice should still have the file set

Additional Information - I believe that this is being set on new projects but not being saved after being set.
