Timeout environment variables

The following environment variables were added:

• TIMEOUT_CONNECT
• TIMEOUT_CLIENT
• TIMEOUT_SERVER
• TIMEOUT_QUEUE
• TIMEOUT_HTTP_REQUEST
• TIMEOUT_HTTP_KEEP_ALIVE

They can be used to change the default timeout of the proxy.
