That's just an intermediate step in generating OCP.

no idea if thats related but using your flake seems to hang at

building pybound-ocp-v7.7.2-git-4b98a5d (buildPhase): [W 240223 23:02:45 translation_unit:49] dummy.cxx:12:1: error: unexpected character <U+FEFF>

it continues building though, but it hangs quite a long time
