Suggestion: no logs or combined logs path

It would be nice to have an optional parameter to keep combined logs in apache installation.
this is useful on OS X because sometimes erasing a log file cause "thottling respawn" issues.

I always remove the logs in new virtual hosts, and it'd be nice to skip their creation altogether.

If you have a ~/.virtualhost.sh.conf file with:

PROMPT_FOR_LOGS="no"
ALWAYS_CREATE_LOGS="no"

The virtualhost definition will not have any log files defined, and will default to the global access_log and error_log (in /var/log/apache2 by default on Mac OS X).
