This (again) adds a bit of repetition between the providers, but now that #6317 is released I'm planning to do some refactoring in separate PR so that vitest/src/utils/coverage.ts would hold most of the identical logic.

Description
cleanOnRerun: falsecauses crash #5521Store raw coverage results in filesystem per testfile. When
cleanOnRerunis disabled, the previous results are overwritten. This invalidates the previous results of the changed files, while preserving previous results of unchanged files.Please don't delete this checklist! Before submitting the PR, please make sure you do the following:
