Related to vocdoni/vocdoni-node#309 (comment)

Implement:

  • delete old nodes while updating the tree (update/add, while going down to the leaf)
  • add new commit method which 'saves' the current state of the tree (for the current root)

Later on, the Snapshot method will be only available for the 'committed' roots/states.
