Enhancements need to be made to the way watchers work to support the following requirements:

Requirements

We want to be able to deploy a single docker container that is running multiple watchers, where the port will be unique, per watcher.
When running multiple watchers, they should be able to use different tables in the same database or they should be to share tables.
