No import, and incorrect version limitation #2

I installed the OpenStreetMap Georeferencing and the import menu does not appear. When I look at the add-on there is an error that says I need to upgrade to 2.8x.

I am currently running Blender 2.82.7

It hasn't been ported to Blender 2.8x
Try it with Blender 2.79
