I'm gonna go with no, at least until it causes problems. Having a consistent changelog format would benefit the ecosystem. And like with |

This plugin lints and fixes changelogs (among other things, it automatically adds links to
<version> - <date>headers).Only question is whether to make this (and the Keep A Changelog format) opt-in or not.
