Setting a set folder where the folder works ignoring the sub folders

Overview

So what i was hoping was possible in the app is that if i set the "download" folder in the app, it should ignore the sub folders while the app works. For eg. I have magisk folder in the download folder and when i download a zip file from the magisk, since the zip gets saves in the download folders, the file navigator app moves the zip to the set Archive folder. Now i go the file manager later on and move the zip file from the archive to magisk folder, the app is again moving the zip from magisk to Archive folder. Can you restrict it some way? Thanks for the amazing app..!!
