[Question] Why am I getting the “Download local playlist” option?

While clicking the download option in the previous version, it used to show a message stating, “Native playlist downloading is server-side and is not included with this tweak.” However, now it shows the “Download local playlist” option. I want to know if downloading playlists and songs is coming to EeveeSpotify. When I click this option, it feels like it’s downloading songs, but it never downloads. Later, I turned off Wi-Fi and reopened Spotify, and it showed my playlist on the home screen under the “While you were offline” tab. I have included screenshots too. Is this a bug, or something else?
