I wrote this years ago and I don't have much time to maintain it now. If you'd like to help out let me know.

Hey all! I'm not very much into android, but I would like to keep this amazing app alive. If I can help with anything - let me know!

I'm really glad you're interested in helping out with the app. If you like I can add you as a maintainer to the project. I've been away from Android for a bit too long to really know what's going on these days. I've updated the SDK versions, but there's a lot more that needs attention.

  • JCenter is deprecated, but the outdated calendar dependency is only hosted there. Replacing it with the other calendar referenced in the Update scroll calendar #7 would probably be a good idea
  • Most of the dependencies are years old at this point, they need to be updated one by one because there are a lot of breaking changes. The big one here is Realm which will require changes to a lot of the db logic, see Realm 10 Update #8

@wildeyedskies sure, you can add me, I'll do my best. The app is not that big and the user demand seems managable. I'm trying to replace the calendar dependency currently, but to do that it seems like I'll need to migrate to view bindings.
