Rehosted images don't appear on the extension page until refresh

If I have the extension page open while rehosting an image, the rehosted image doesn't appear until the page is refreshed.

I don't actually know if this is was the previous behavior or if it's more of an enhancement, but could potentially be confusing from a UX perspective.
