Omitted keys still register event causing undo steps of ommited keys to be included in stack

I have a store with some keys I omit. If I only change values that are not omitted it works fine, but as soon as an ommited keys value changes I need to undo those steps too before I see the undo changes.

Example
Normal Key: Age
Ommited Key: Color

If I change age 3 times and then undo it works fine in 3 steps.

If I change age 3 times then change Color 3 times, I have to undo 6 times to undo ages changes, not 3 times as would be expected.
