pkg upgrade -y may remove already installed packages

A user may have performed an install with a few packages from dvd1.iso. By including the -y paramater, if any packages are missing from the current repository that were already installed then software may be removed before the user is informed about it due to dependency updates conflicting with the old packages that don't also have an update.
