Track events when "Redirect to the cart page after successful addition" is activated

When setting "Redirect to the cart page after successful addition" as activated some events are not tracked anymore.

How to reproduce the problem

1. Go to WooCommerce - Settings - Products and activate "Redirect to the cart page after successful addition"
2. Go to Shop Classic page (adding [products] shortcode)
3. Add a product to the cart
4. add_to_cart event is NOT tracked

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Go to WooCommerce - Settings - Products and activate "Redirect to the cart page after successful addition"
2. Go to Shop Classic page (adding [products] shortcode)
3. Add a product to the cart
4. add_to_cart event is tracked

Acceptance criteria

Follow steps in #378 (comment) to be sure everything is working with and without this config active.
