The SelectControl for the currently selected option displays as the value instead of the label. I.e. the UI shows a lowercase token instead of a title-case string. For example, in Gallery Block settings:

“Link To” cell value (on right) should be title case and same label as Action/Bottom Sheet values

Also, the "Preload" settings in the Video Block exhibits this same behavior.
