Issue:

When I pick a start and end date for a filter, the date picker opens back up every time when I go to the next page of results.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Pick a custom start and end date with UI.
  2. Click "Filter".
  3. Observe #ui-datepicker-div set inline style to display: none.
  4. Close the Datepicker UI.
  5. Click the "next page" icon button.
  6. Observe #ui-datepicker-div set inline style to display: block.
