Separate prepareStateExecution into prepareForStateWaitUntil and prepareForStateExecute #103

reasons for separation:

they have different requirements
- execute need local attribute, global attribute(appDatabase) that waitUntil doesn't need
the appDatabase will need a special error handling which waitUntil doens't need
