Ads SDK is missing support for CAPI.

Description:

I know i'm the only one here in 2024, but can y'all start over on this one? I'm trying to send you payloads in order to measure and improve campaign efficacy, it has nothing to do with the X developer ecosystem

Expected Result:

Send a payload via HTTP REST to report a conversion event in under 5 minutes, in a sane way that doesn't make me want to unalive myself.

Actual Result:

1. Think about spending advertising money on x.
