Not possible to install on Manjaro via Add/Remove Software #32

I do not know who is responsible for this Add/Remove Software entry. There is some other 3rd party action going on. Maybe this is from AUR, maybe from some custom script related to Manjaro, I do not know. The line says:
There must be some patch that was created and the problem might be there, I do not know about any patches. I do not participate with any AUR or Manjaro activity. I am not sure you can not just simply install the program as mentioned in this installation guide. I just ran a test using Manjaro Xfce and more or less followed the guide on this repository. I used other commands but it worked out fine:

When I try to install via Add/Remove Software on Manjaro it is not possible.
